What to send
- Twelve months of electric and natural gas bills, including usage and demand data
- Utility account and rate schedule information
- Building size, use, and operating hours
- Any known plans for equipment replacement or expansion
Scope boundaries
This is a records-based review. It does not include on-site observation of equipment or building conditions. Northern Virginia properties that need direct observation can use an on-site energy walk-through instead.
