What happens on site
The walk-through examines readily observable energy and water use in an occupied building. Within 72 hours of the visit, we email you a prioritized report placing no- and low-cost measures first, followed by later capital items.

Published price bands
The rate is $200 per hour, including the report. Dense kitchens price up a band.
